HIVE5 celebrates its 10th anniversary with a day dedicated to entrepreneurship and coworking in Belgium
On Thursday 19 November 2026, HIVE5 Coworking by Securex celebrates ten years of shared entrepreneurship. To mark the occasion, the hub for entrepreneurs is opening its doors to Belgium’s entire entrepreneurial ecosystem for a day of workshops, expert sessions and networking. The day culminates in a talk show, followed by addresses from leading political figures and business leaders, and the announcement of a new innovation-related initiative, at the Securex building in Etterbeek, Brussels.
At a glance
- Ten years of an entrepreneurial hive: launched in 2016 in the Securex building, HIVE5 now operates three sites, more than 5,000 m², 330 companies and 625 members.
- A hands-on day for entrepreneurs: workshops by Samantha Lirzmann and Laetizia Blondeau, expert speed meetings, a video capsule studio and the “Entrepreneur’s insurance” workshop with Yago.
- Highlight, 6 pm to 7.30 pm: talk show, an innovation-related announcement by Gaël Van Gijsegem, then addresses by Eléonore Simonet, Federal Minister of the Middle Classes, Self-Employed and SMEs, Georges-Louis Bouchez, President of the MR party, and Veerle Timmermans, CEO of the Securex group.
- The evening: walking dinner, a concert by The Papercuts and a DJ set until 11.30 pm.
